Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the ATIS.cloud platform, published by CYDIS (SAS, 5 avenue du Préfelin, 74940 Annecy-le-Vieux, France, SIREN 841 698 418).

ATIS.cloud is a collaborative platform for processing, viewing, measuring, annotating, and sharing 3D data (point clouds, BIM models, 360° images).

By using the service, you accept these Terms in their entirety.

2. Registration and User Account

Access to the ATIS.cloud platform requires creating a user account.

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • An account may not be shared between multiple individuals
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

CYDIS reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in violation of these Terms.

3. Service Description

ATIS.cloud provides the following features, depending on the subscribed plan:

  • Upload and storage of point cloud files (E57, LAS, LAZ, RCS, RCP, PTX, PTS, XYZ)
  • Online 3D visualization in the browser
  • Measurement tools (distance, surface, angle)
  • Annotations and collaboration
  • Link sharing (no installation required on recipient's end)
  • Scan vs BIM/IFC comparison (Advance plan)
  • Revit plugin for point cloud streaming

Maximum accepted file size is 500 GB. Available features depend on the subscribed plan (Standard, Advance, Enterprise).

4. Subscriptions and Pricing

ATIS.cloud offers several subscription plans: Standard, Advance, and Enterprise. Pricing is available on request.

Subscriptions are for 1 month or 12 months, with automatic renewal at expiration. Prices are listed excluding taxes, in euros.

A free trial is offered with no commitment and no credit card required.

5. Payment

Payment is made by credit card via the secure Stripe platform.

  • Invoices are issued within 30 days of payment
  • In case of non-payment, CYDIS reserves the right to suspend access to the service
  • CYDIS does not store any credit card data (processed by Stripe, PCI-DSS certified)

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

  • Cancellation takes effect on the anniversary date of the current subscription
  • No refund is issued for the remaining period
  • Upon cancellation, your data (files, projects, annotations) remains accessible for 30 days, then is permanently deleted
  • You may export your data before deletion

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership rights over all data you upload to ATIS.cloud (point clouds, models, annotations).

CYDIS does not acquire any ownership rights over your content. CYDIS commits to not accessing your data except to ensure proper service operation, unless required by law.

You warrant that you have all necessary rights to the files you upload.

8. Service Availability

CYDIS strives to ensure service availability 24/7. However, CYDIS does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

  • Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary interruptions
  • CYDIS is not responsible for interruptions due to force majeure, network failures, or third-party interventions
  • In case of prolonged interruption, CYDIS will notify users as soon as possible

9. Liability

CYDIS's liability in connection with the ATIS.cloud service is limited to 10% of the subscription price paid over the last 12 months.

CYDIS shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect damages, data loss, or loss of profit
  • Use made by users of data shared via the platform
  • Quality or accuracy of data uploaded by users

10. Acceptable Use

By using ATIS.cloud, you agree to:

  • Not use the service for unlawful purposes
  • Not attempt to compromise the security or availability of the service
  • Not upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content
  • Respect the storage and user limits of your plan
  • Not resell or sublicense access to the service without written agreement from CYDIS

11. Personal Data

Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy, available at /en/privacy.

Under GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection regarding your personal data. Contact: info@atis.cloud.

12. Changes to Terms

CYDIS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes by email or via a notification on the platform.

Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Annecy (France).
