Platform usage data:

  • Uploaded files (point clouds, 3D models)
  • Measurements, annotations, and projects created

Payment data:

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. CYDIS does not store any credit card data.

Your data is never sold to third parties. Data is not transferred outside the European Union, except for Google and Microsoft services which have contractual safeguards compliant with GDPR (standard contractual clauses).

  • Account data - during your subscription + 3 years after termination
  • Billing data - 10 years (legal accounting obligation)
  • Browsing data - 13 months maximum (Analytics/Clarity cookies)
  • Uploaded files (point clouds) - during your subscription. Deleted within 30 days after termination

All data is hosted on servers located in France.

  • SSL/TLS encryption for all data transfers
  • Encryption of data at rest
